Yes, this is me updating! I seriously wonder if I still have my mo-jo for blogging but I'll try to update as much as I can. Now that I am away from home, I hope to have something(a diary of sort) to look back after 5 years. This journey will be long, and hectic(+crazy) and I need those bits and pieces to slowly path their way through.

I am doing fine, if you are wondering.

Halloween is here! Before that, I have my birthday but I don't know if I will be celebrating it here. Majority of my friends turn 19 before me so it's going to be my turn in a few days. Life is never easy, but I believe the light will be there at the end of the dark.

Oh yes, it's turning cold here! I am looking forward to snow, I really do.

So, another 6 months flew by, and he we are welcoming June. I did abandon my blog long enough, a period filled with laughters/smiles/goodbyes and also stress. I spend most of my time on Twitter, and rather use the Ipad to surf the net than to stare in front of my computer for long hours. This month is something to look forward though, now that exams are finally over. 18 months of tests and written exams can be a killer! Once everyone starts their new path, it would be time to say goodbye to 1001PM3.

on a 2010. Speaking about 2010, it's two more days to the new year!! I don't know but I've always looked forward to something new every year; who knows how 2011 is gonna bring one's life journey about right. Different year marks a different path and we can only hope that the more sweet memories will loom over the dark ones.

I've never been more optimistic but I've seen the rainbow after the horrid thunder so I believe in happiness after the down point. You know, I half expect 2011 not going to be easy; at least for the next half year but come to think of it, I guess I'll cherish every single moment left in college. This journey itself is not long but it is not very short either, and it's the friends you get along the way that brighten up the days.

One of the main purposes of this trip - watching fishes being catched. It's an annual thing where Uncle Woo will invite his family/friends to his farm to watch the fishes he bred for almost a year being catched and sent to the nearby restaurants. He calls it an annual party at the farm.

I am going to teach kids! Yes, i know that sounded pretty random but i do look forward to it. It's been a month since i actually pen down anything here and i feel so awfully sorry for my blog. Trials practically burnt most of my time and i am so happy to say there's only two more papers left to go!

I will have to write my personal statement SOON, sit for UKCAT, sleep, study for AS in the coming weeks i really hope i won't turn that lifeless too soon. Oh wait, i am going to teach too! :)
It kinda scare the creeps out of me because the future looks too near now and i hope time will come to a halt sometimes with less worries in mind. People always say dream big, achieve the unachievable and life will have no regrets. I don't have those big dreams, but those that would make me smile every other day is all I could dream for. Not all things work out the way you want it to be; and it's horrible when reality turns its back on you. Nevertheless, if you ever fall down, fall hard but stand up again only to feel better and of course, stronger.
All I can do is console myself .

I need a candy, something to brighten my day.

I need to see him soon!

You must be wondering, who's Beast. I've got the same impression not long ago(in fact less than 2 weeks ago), but after watching them live, I practically turned into a Kpop fan. ♥
Vivienne calls it Beu2ty? Honestly, I've never been a fan of korean songs, what more being a fan of a korean group or singer. You know, names like Big Bang, Super Junior, Wondergirls, SNSD is never alien to me, I just never seem to listen to korean songs ( a few exceptions though! eg: Tae Yang's wedding dress. Heh. ) To sum it all up, Beast changed my mind, like totally. We left their showcase feeling more excited than going in!

The first time visiting the cinemas after those long dreading weeks ;)
Didn't make it for the 2.00 pm movie because.. (stay tuned!) Went for the 3D movie instead with the brother. I ended up sitting besides 3 casanovas from Singapore whom actually took seats which are not theirs and actually fold money into small airplanes when they pay at the food counter. Not that i actually want to hear their conversations but they probably talked so loud to make me hear them. Anyway, I will rate this movie:

The first movie by Pixar, 11 years ago.
Sadly to say, I watch very few Pixar movies but the reviews are always good!
I am watching more Pixar movies after this! It's proven, the storytelling and animations are delightfully engaging.

Andy's all grown up this time, going to college and deciding if he should keep his toys.

The toys ended up in Sunnyside which looked like a fun place to be in, serving the kids at the day care for a good reason.

My personal comment, it's a really good movie with heat warming storylines and brings back fond memories, especially childhood ones.
I miss my toys and realized how much I wouldn't want to give them away if I could still keep them with me. I still have some of them though!
I did tear at the end, because it's definitely a touching and moving final chapter of Toy Story (if it really is!)

We had this plan for quite some time already but never had the time to drive all the way down to Cheras. Since it is school holidays now, Xuanie was free and Jason had to remind us about it.
He's leaving to Kedah until Sunday so it was somehow like our last get-together before he's leaving. That reminds me.. it's Sunday tomorrow! :)

Ok, I don't know where should I start. You bet- I definitely lost touch of my blog since.. (the date stated for the post below). Anyway, yes, a whole new layout! I am having a two weeks break after the semester 1 exams (yes, I finished sem 1 omg). Time just breezed by and it's June. College days, the past five months in particular, can never be better with the people around :)
It's just pretty sad that PM3 won't consist of the usual 30 of us like before. I've never liked farewells because it's always so depressing to say goodbye after getting so used to one's presence. That's life, ain't it so?

This is Uncle Sandy who never fail to bully me in class.
Yet, we have so much things to talk about together at times, those advices and stories, and him leaving will only make his presence deeply missed. He worked hard for his dreams and I am sure he'll be a great doctor in the future.

Which happenned last year.
Since I am on holiday (not until tomorrow), I should be updating this blog more frequently than before but being the procrastinator, I am only updating about graduation now. It's my first post for 2010 anyway, and countdown was fun! This would be the last post you will probably see me in uniform ;)

She gossips with me, shares secrets and problems and is a great adviser too. Form 4 and form 5 would never be as fun without her sitting beside me in class. No doubt, my Mandarin has improved a lil with her teaching me the language once in a while. She never agrees that she's as thin as a STICK and compliments me often when she's as good. One thing that I am really thankful of in high school is Puan Margaret changing our seats in class early 2008, changing me to the seat beside her. We would never be as close as we are now. ♥

Two Zero Zero Nine is one heck of a year. Yup, I am still using is, with approximately 22 hours left to the new year. Every year in and out has its ups and downs but 2009 definitely has been one great and amazing year, mainly because the last year of high school brought me sweet and happy memories. Everything happened in a blink of an eye and I did get lost track of stuffs around. Little did I know, it's the end of 11 years of high school and I learnt to cherish the past, present and future.

Time seems to pass faster each year, and I am left pondering on what 2010 will be installed for me and everyone else! I am leaving 2009 with much joy and yet excited, knowing that the new year will be full of challenges and acheivements to be acomplished. Indeed, hoping that I will be a stonger and tougher person in the coming year too.

Like everyone would say: one year older, one year wiser eh? Being 18 and legal next year! :)

Sigh. What a word to start this post. I've abandoned this blog for weeks. To you faithful readers who do check for updates, thanks for clicking my link :D So, my past two weeks have been half productive while the other half were... NOT.

I've been telling myself to pick up Mandarin but I have still yet to learn something from someone. It's so difficult when you can't understand a drama without subtitles. Not totally in the situation where I blindly look at the characters but just not totally understanding what they're talking. So much for being a drama addict and being a banana. Oh well, my next aim is to LEARN to speak and understand mandarin! * In HIGH spirits now yo*

Rewinding back time to the post-SPM celebration, I got to spend some really quality time with my two besties of course. ♥
We went to watch New Moon after chem and TGI Fridays for dinner. Well, not until...
the restaurant experienced some electric power cut. The kitchen was down and we waited until 9! Our entertainment was watching this group of workaholics beside our table, having their lil christmas party. It was 2 weeks early, but they were already exchanging presents and hugging one another. How nice to have a group of colleague which has a strong friendship bond, just like the one we saw. We ended up in Sushi King when we couldn't stand hunger any longer. The expression on both Jason and Xuanie's face was priceless when they saw FOOD! Not forgetting mine as well (:

Just started with the twilight series. Not a fan yet but soon to be, perhaps? (:
Oh, and do watch Avatar, it's good.

Let's see. I am back! :)

Perhaps, I have lost the touch of blogging.
The typical me- Lazy bum. Oh well.
It's been 3 weeks? I Lied. My soon... is 3 weeks. As fast as time goes, it's already October! the 19th. 2 more months of high school and being part of 5 Science 1 09'. I even dreamt I was in this class (I-suppose-it's-college) with a new bunch of friends- that sounded so wrong :( I will seriously miss the girl beside me everyday, the one who gave me a hug just because we won't be seeing each other for 4 days! Yeap, my gossip partner as well! (:

WELL, I've been missing out on a lot of movies lately. Haven't been to the cinema for ages. Darn, I feel so lost with movies or even the entertainment world. Everyday when I flipped through the newspaper, I come across lots of movies which definitely prompted me to watch but I never seem to actually. ENTER THE CINEMA. Not even once. Just checked the mailbox and GSC sent me one of those birthday treats every year! Movies, anyone?

Singing has never been so much fun. Really. With Jason and Reshan around, laughing always exists. The best song was So What, by Pink. Everyone was singing along- and it was such a great feeling.

JJ was the driver of the day! It's been long since we last met up, so it was catch-up session. Headed to Gardens. Food, as expected was pricey.
We got lost in the carpark beacuse we couldn't remember which level the car was parked in. Lol. Thank goodness we finally found it, of course.

I am starting to have this great interest for James Patterson books. But I still love Nicholas Sparks. I hopped into MPH the other day and saw so many of his books which almost got me into buying them all at once. Shoot me. AFTER SPM, it's going to be reading :D

That's pretty much about it. Might considering going on a hiatus pretty soon. Busy Busy. AM still frustrated with the postal service in Malaysia.

Was an auspicious day, wasn't it? It's pretty difficult not to remember blogging about it, i guess.
If my memory didn't fail me, we were having our bio paper on that very day. Before having this mini one day break for history paper. AHHH.

So I decided to follow my family to Mines to visit the to-be sold bungalows. Dad was having this session with Uncle Lau which allow outsiders to view their pretty properties. It's always nice to explore houses!

WAS rocking awesome! :D

Rushed there after farewell and it was all worth it!

I hate to admit but,
I am such a lousy blogger.
This happened last last week but I seem to take forever to update on it.

The hangover from the electrifiying concert lasted a few days after! I guess through other blogs, you would've known about it! But a late post is better than never, right?

Anyway,
Xuanie and I seperated once we reached Sunway and I met up with Billy, Willis and Billy's sister. Wasn't in time for the queue but thank god this kind lady actually allowed me to skip queue and I didn't have to wait. Haha, thank you you kind woman (: I still wanted my raincoat and the fan though.

While waiting, the screen was screening the random humans in the red zone and I saw Jordan in PINK! lol We were quite lucky because we managed to get mosh pit passes.

It finally started when the rain eventually subsided. Estranged was the opening act and them representing the local us (: They were not bad, but the crowd wasn't as hyped up yet.

Boys like Girls were next and they rocked! It was darn awesome when they started singing thunder because it began to drizzle again. The extra effects. lol

The other bands were just as entertaining. Yea, Pixie Lott with her 'uh-oh' song, and Raygun's performance. I am loving the song Just Because by them :) Not forgetting Hoobastank!

They were no doubt, superb. They were one of the stand outs of the night, singing more songs than the rest. 7 songs, to be exact. I love swing swing! Dirty little secret! And their previous hit song- It ends tonight :)
Tyson Ritter was simply glittery I thought he was sweating. Haha.

The hyped up crowd. Some of them actually piggy-backed their friend just to have a better view of the bands. Those fanatic people. Willis and Billy insisted on me standing on a bump because I am. Not. Tall. Enough. -that's because the crowd was pretty tall okay.

I actually asked this guy for a pose and he ignored me! Hmmp. Notice his wet hair, all thanks to me.

1. Yeap, you are in the right blog. I changed my blogskin. Well, at least until SPM. The previous one is not working well with other internet browsers so I decided to change it.

2. Taman Desa actually have it's own newspaper! It's only the 2nd issue but I think they're working well on it. Lol. And I just realized Taman Desa people have a BIG love for dogs.

3. I want to pick up Mandarin. Yeap, i suddenly felt the need and importance of speaking Mandarin. Don't ask me why :)

4. Fly fm's insider actually called me the other day. Thanks to someone? The conversation was pretty cool because the lady was really nice. She was really patient with me I would say, lol. The way she ended up the call was.. super polite! I guessed they were trained to talk so nicely.

5. The show Beautiful Cooking is so funny that I could spent the whole one hour laughing. The Taiwanese guys this week are really cute! In the sense of their expressions and the Taiwanese slang! haha

6. I wished I am at Astro centre gazing and drooling over Vic Zhou now. Oh and Mark Zhou TOO! sigh. Me and Po Ee wanted to meet them badly but they were only here for a small press conference. Only selceted and lucky winners get to go :(

I can peacefully have my minds off from writing minutes, and duties. I will miss the prefect's room, the key which I hardly made use off and the days of clocking in before 7.10 am.

It's July for real. And that marks on the calendar- 4 months to SPM.

Anyway, we had our annual prefect's camp in school this year for half a day. The performance session for the junior prefects worked out pretty well after all! We had this treasure hunt and it wasn't fun. Me and Xuan were feeding mosquitos behind the school block. The worst part was, we were sharing one mosquito coil :(

The caterers TURNED UP late despite the hundred and one calls we made and our school had this curse- PA system which always failed on us. The worst part is it only had to turn us down when the whole event started and not during the rehearsals earlier.

Oh well. What is done is done. Any how, we all knew how much effort we poured into it.

Okay, my title today is pretty special. My post today is inspired very much from a blog I read. As every of you may know, or guessed from the title itself, it will be about Michael Jackson.

I am not really a big fan, but I do read a lot about him these days. Many of them are negative, but here is what I think. Just my simple perspective of him.

He may be white, any whiter than a normal human but he had this skin disease named Viltiligo. If you don't know, this disease causes dipigmentation in patches of skin. At first, he had only a few patches which were covered up by dark makeups. However, his disease eventually spread and got worse, he had 90% of his skin covered up in these white patches. Being a normal thing to do of course, white make up is used instead. This is probably why he is whiter than normal people, he was just unfortunate.

About the numerous plastic surgeries? He broke his nose, if you don't know. Many other celebrities also did their surgeries. I believe he did so for a purpose of treatment more likely, instead of beauty purposes. It was his own personal choice, so I don't think it should be a big deal.

What's up with the theme park Neverland? From what I read in the internet, he built it in his home with a hope to relish his childhood memories. It is just so pityful , being a little boy who gained fame and fortune with the age just FIVE, he had to work hard and constantly being pressured by his father. Being an adult, using the money he earned with his own hard work, he chose to spend it to build a theme park and that doesn't bring any harm, does it?
What I didn't know until reading the blog is he actually allowed cancer-stricken and needy children to visit the park too. He brought joy to other children and I find that a very compassionate and kind gesture I will look up to. I have no idea why some people comment on his spending habits too. It is his own hard-earned money, every penny he earned with his sweat and blood until today. What he chose to spend on is something no one should question nor comment, i think. You wouldn't like someone to tell you how to spend your money, no?

Lastly, for the child molestation cases, no one would really know the truth behind it. The judge PLEADED him not guilty. And with those papparazi-s and horrible media which only wants money, all in their minds are something to do with $$. Negative but interesting news sells, no? MJ, being innocent and someone who love kids is definitely an easy target. I have no rights to say anything in this but i believe he was just someone kind and good-hearted enough to be accused of.

I really do love his songs, especially during his early years (: It inspired a lot of people.

Rest in peace, MICHAEL JACKSON.

It's been weeks since I last blog, so long that I even lost touch of the blog sphere. Right, that is actually NOT true. I exaggerated (: Was busy lately, and you probably can guess the reason why. It's over now, but I don't know how should I put my feelings into it.

Many things happened throughout the holidays and I am not even sure where should I start.

When is the last time you shed a tear?

You may say I am weak, but I do break down, at times I never expect myself to. I can't stand people crying in front of me when they probably would make me cry too. However, tears shed in grief is said to have a different chemical made up than tears shed in joy. LOL. That’s why we will feel so much better after a good cry.

In fact, crying is one of the ways of expressing emotions.

I actually do believe now that GOOD things happen eventually after a bad one. At least, it puts a smile back on your face, enlighten the burdens, making the world around you being a better place again (:

It's the end of the holidays now, and I am actually relieved.

Went to MPH clearance sale at Taman Mayang. Mum once drove me there but couldn't find the way and we ended up in front of Sunway Pyramid. We were thankful enough to find the way home! (: Bugged my sis to bring me there again and this time the driver was;

Finally!

It have been two weeks since the showcase and yours truly is literally caught up with the intervention test and hence, this late post. Oh well, don't mind my blabberings. Let's get back to the topic. I don't know where should I start. It was a day with lots of unexpectedness and surprises but I had really, I mean REALLY unforgettable memories. For those of you who saw my facebook, yeah you should know why. * big smiles!

Oh and if you are wondering why I was camwhoring with the shirt above, I didn't get my chance to wear it on that day. I therefore came home and took pictures with it! Yeah, the lame me. I just had to try it. It's the official Archuleta Avenue Malaysia tee and David has one too! *proudness* I only got my hands on it after everything ;( But that however, made me have two new friends, Sharon and Christine! Hehe.

Rewinding back the time to weeks before the much-awaited showcase, I tried all kinds of ways to win the showcase tickets but to no avail. MR BIG HEART, having been a Digi user wanted to go too since it was only RM10, and he managed to be the first 750 people to get the tickets :) Here's your first thank you! lol. Little did I know, my cousin got 6 of them and AAM had extra passes for us the day before! Oh well, I should've known. Haha. I even spammed Hitz to try my luck on getting those meet and greet passes but they never picked up my calls. It was not easy either, my beloved besties tried with me :)

I wanted to attend the pre-showcase gathering along with the other AAM members earlier that day, collect my tee and meet the awesome david's very own malaysian fans! However, school must and MUST choose 11th of April as a replacement day. I didnt intend to skip school as we had quite a number of those important subjects plus my mum would never in the world allow me to.

Heh, me being smart, knowing very well that the place will not fit the jam-packed 6000+ people, got Elicia to book seats for me! She went there at 10a.m. okay! You go girl!

Met up with the Big-hearted person and we took the Sunway shutter service to the venue. On the way, I saw Kingsley Teh! Lol. The bus ride took us almost half an hour and we got there to find ..

a group of these people outside.
It was around 3.10p.m. and we were waiting anxiously, hoping they will let us in.
Some of them even went off thinking that the entrance was already closed.
Waited a while, everyone was squeezing like sardines, it started to pour and they finally opened the gate

Inside the amplitheater, I was amazed by the amount of people and those fans cheering like nobody's business. Met up with Elicia and it wasn't until 4 the showcase started.

What happened later on was just like a dream.

I was only having the thought of collecting my t-shirt from the AAMers so I looked for them at the VIP area. Thank god the security guards were not strict in letting me in! When I felt so awkward surrounded by people whom look like foreigners, I saw Kylie asking everyone to sit around and wait. In an instance, I talked to so many new people who shared the same passion as me. It felt like I have known them for years.

Kylie broke out the good news not long later,

" If you guys are willing to wait, you guys will have a chance to meet David and probably take a group picture with him! "

All of us were filled with that sudden enthusiasm
No words can express our feelings.

While waiting, I was snapping this clearer shot of the stage.

We were called up in rows to meet him after those who won the M&G passes.

I can't describe my feelings. The moment seemed so surreal.
He was so white, with crystal blue eyes, and kept smiling.

This was what I blurted out:

" David, hey! You're so awesome! Your showcase was a blast! "

" Oh thank you! "

And I gave him my cd.
While he was signing, I told him,

" My name is Yen Yen "

And he knew how to spell my name!
How cool is that (:

" That's a nice name! Yennn-Yennn "

He couldn't hear me though, and kept repeating

To sum the whole experience, David is just like how he portrays himself on tv. He's so DAVID ARCHULETA himself, so true. And what amazed me more was his politeness! Though he himself knew that he can't spend enough time with each and everyone of us, he took the effort to make sure he answers all our questions.
I bet everyone else who have met talked to him ♥ him as much as I do.

Once we were outside, all of us were sharing our experiences together (:

For 4 x 100, Elyssa stopped for a moment with the thought of being disqualified while I slipped a little.
Oh well, we got third. At least all of us were happy.

we were telling ourselves,

" Not last, not last. Gear for 3rd placing okay? "
This was because we knew red house with the top cross country runners is going to clinch the 1st place. No doubt.

So how did we do?

Ling Yean was the first runner. She's one superb-won't get worn out runner!
She was 2nd when she passed the baton to Shih Wei.
Shih Wei and Hui Mum maintained our 2nd placing until HM passed the baton to me.
I was the last runner :D

Li Xuan said I was fast while Jason butted in and said
' Eh, you are not bad. Didnt faint and still can jump around! '

While I was celebrating, I turned around to find Shih Wei and Hui Mum crying! o.O
Gave SW a huggg and asked her whether she was fine (:

Red house were first as expected and we were happy for them! Hehe.

I got a hug by my gossip partner, Po Ee and Sherinder too!

While we were so disappointed,
just when we thought we lost everything,

It was indeed my best Sport's Day ever and this is one of the memories of high school I will never ever forget.

When I was in form 1, I was seperated from the rest of my friends, having the thought of WHY I was chosen to be in yellow house. Probably it was fated. During form 3, I joined cheerleading and had an awesome experience. As time goes, I had an amazing time with the other yellow house people and I regretted ever having the thought earlier.

Oh did I mention, I was a yellow house member since std 1? It's really cool. 11 years of being in the same house colour (:

I said it before and I will say it again,

I ♥ you yellow people!

Thank you for the memories.
I'll miss cheering and rooting you guys from far.

How is holiday life treating you? Or maybe not for some. I've been spending time reading the Novel, At First Sight by Nicholas Sparks. Little did I know, it has such a sad ending. Nicholas Sparks's books always made me cry, but yet it keeps me addicted to it. Apart from that, I am glad of the pace of the completion of my homework! Heee. Went to the clearance sale of MPH at Taman Mayang and got myself new storybooks to indulge in! :D Okay, I doubt I will have time for more. I should be reading reference books instead.

Anyway, was at Mid Valley the other day.

It's is such a cooling day, ain't it? It's been raining the whole day, and nothing beats the refreshing air.
My feelings are rather calm albeit the amount of homework which is yet to be completed (:
Am feeling exceptionally content since I have David Archuleta, Rihanna and N sync to keep me company in my times of blue. Am still dreading to get my hands working on integrations. Yes, ADD Maths it is.

Don't ask me why I am feeling this way. Probably the amount of sugar level in my blood is higher than usual.

It's rather peculiar.
How time can barely pass but everything changes in an instant.
Don't you think so?
It's March already and everything seems to start kicking in.
Well, probably not, it already DID.

I've been reminiscing a lot lately and yet, memories never fail to put a smile on my face.

And I'll be blogging about the last day of February (:
VI's Interact Club annual Treasure Hunt. I always remembered how much I rant missing treasure hunt last year and indeed this year, I had an amazing time too.
Dad borrowed me his touch and go card ;D
We reached VI around 8.15 and waited for Li Xuan who came all the way from Puchong by train It took her almost one hour to reach the school and Reshan, Jason and I had a splendid time chit-chatting while waiting for her. lol

They are the SMKDP-ians (:

The race started after we stuffed ourselves with five sandwiches. Then we got our picture of our shadow from Arvind. He was giving me a cheeky smile okay :P Not till I realise the picture LOOKED like someone. Later, Crystal shouted,

'CHEE KEONG!'

We were probably the first team running out of the school but we were caught up once we missed the train. Haha. Anyway, we were required to head to Pavilion for our first task and we got down at Jalan Raja Chulan when everyone else do so at Jalan Bukit Bintang. We entered Pavillion through the back entrance and had to solve a crossword puzzle once we found the basemaster. It took us ages to solve it and Arvind gave me an EGG. Yes, an egg.

Next task was at KLCC.
We had to run all the way to the end of the park to find the basemasters. I reckon those VI people wants to torture us. lol :P
So,
We were asked to take 15 pictures surrounding the park.

We were opposite Gardens! So NEAR right? But yet SO far

After walking for 10 minutes...
We were giving each other encouragements.

After 20 minutes...
We were telling ourselves that we were actually reaching.

After 25 minutes...
I realized my egg in the plastic was super disgusting.

After 30 minutes..
we crossed the BRIDGE.

And thank goodness we were in front of NORTH court and not south.
All of us were out of breath except Chee Keong, who still have the energy to run :P

Upon reaching FOS,
We got to know that:
we were the 2nd team to arrive at MV! hoho.
And got our two hour break :D

Taking our brunch was the first thing we did!

We got our next clue around 1.15p.m. The paper given had lots of words containing PARK. And Echo Park came into my mind. So off we headed there to find Jack saying we're the second team to insult his intelligence. lol
Solved some mathematical counting question which leads us to g200.
And once again, we missed the basemaster. He was sitting in our opposite direction and with the amount of people around us, it was a well disguise. The worst part is, he didn't pass us the 2 letters which will complete our word for the later part of the race.
We found Amzar hiding inside California Fitness later on. Such strategic spot Amzar :P
We proceeded to Quicksilver next to find Isaac!
Then back to FOS to find out that the basemaster was not there due to some security problems.
Our lead went up in smoke :(
We had to start from scratch again in Central Market.
Our energy was drained by then, like seriously. Okay, probably only mine was.

At Central Market, we assembled again before heading to KFC to obtain our next clue.
We had to run all the way to Pejabat Pos Malaysia to find the black sphere then.
Isaac wanted us to pose a pose which resemble each continent in front of the sphere.

We had to proceed to Bangkok Bank next and Isaac was so nice to shout
"Go Yen Yen!"

Bangkok Bank was actually on the other side of Central Market okay. I was already half dead, can? VI just had to make us run from east to south :/ lol.

Once there, we had to find the basemaster named Brian.
And back to our original place, the central market.
Here, we had to form one word from the words given.
Probably last year's race did benefited us after all (:

Next clue was Arvind's baby pictureeeee! Haha. It was so cute!
And he denied it was him. lol
Anyway, we ran all the way back to VI. Okay, I will rephrase that.
We half RAN and half WALKED.
If there's such phrase.

We reached VI museum and ignored the guy over there :P haha.
We were then given a clue that lead us to the treasure!
So we ran all the way to the wall at the end of the field.
AND we found the treasure 1st! Huhu.
Reshan climbed the tree to get the treasure chest down, just in time when Ben's team arrived.

Slumdog millionaire

I finally watched Slumdog Millionaire! (:

Understandable, the number of awards this movie won itself at Oscar's. Probably, the first impression you'll have on this show is some typical Indian dancing show, but you wont get any of these scenes of dancing except in the end. Nice story line and a touching ending too. At least enough for me to cry. *puff*

Watch it if you haven't!
Cause lot's of praises for this movie.

This story is about Jamal, a slum who comes from Mumbai. There are three stages of Jamal in the movie, and I find the youngest one cute! (: I told you I can't resist anything cute. Haha anyway, he has a childhood love with a girl named Latika but unfortunately, got seperated.

He was lucky to be chosen to join the reality show 'Who Wants To Be a Millionaire' and participated in it with a hope that she'll tune in.

He was indeed even luckier when most of the questions turned out related to his life as a slumdog.
Watch more and you'll find out how he manged to answer the questions (:
Of course, being a slumdog and winning up to 1,000,000 rupees (RM 500000) in one night, everyone thought he cheated.
He was questioned and tortured by the police then, but was released.

However, I can tell you I love the ending. lol.
I wished I can be a millionaire in two days too.

The fact which is pretty hard to digest.

I am super happy today.
Everything seem to fall into place.
Why oh why do I have the impression I will seriously miss high school in 8 months?
Cross Country was awesome although I didnt manage to..
Shall elaborate on it in the next post.
Oh did I mention I have a really cool bunch of PBSM juniors? (: They just love to strike a smile on your face.
To top it, Kris Allen And Adam Lambart made it through to the last twelve. Huhu. How awesome can that be.
ANNDD.
I can wait for treasure hunt tomorrow!
My legs are killing me. Oh well.
I am praying hard I won't drop dead tomorrow.

Had oral practice sometime the end of Chinese New Year. Xuan and I met up with Ben and Sai Keet at Neelas and all of us walked to Ben's house later. Shin Wei was there along with us too :)

After a few rounds of practice,

watching Grammys.
Well, distractions are inevitable.

His astro max was the bomb. I am so going to his house again to catch the past season of Amazing Race. Hee. Watched some Jackie Chan movie too.

So, how did it went?

We were nervous and all, but everything went pretty well.
Jason's group presentation was probably the most entertaining one!

What I talked about ♥

Badminton's competition was some experience too. After those last minute practices, we went all the way to Kajang and competed. Of course, we weren't as good as the ones who have coaches.
Our 1st opponent were from SMK BJSS Petaling, I think.
I was nervous and gave lots of FREE points away including some service faults. Despite that, we managed to pass the first round!

Xuan and I were super elated about it beacuase we never expected to actually win! (:

Next opponent were from SMK Seri Hartamas.
Who brought their whole bunch of supporters with them
They weren't as friendly though, with their expressions when they miss a shot. Instead of giving each other support, they were screaming at one another.
Nevertheless, they were pretty telented,
and we won by a single margin.

And there we were, one of the quarter-finalists.
Never in the world we expected this. lol especially beacuse we were newbies.

Our next opponent,
from KUAN CHENG.
huhu. You should know the winner *big grins*
They are so good, so talented and are definitely some nice people.

Overall, we had one day of great fun, including the time when all 7 of us squeezed into Pn Kalai's car and 2 person sharing a SEAT BELT. lol

P.s: I was watching American Idol and I am torn between:

KRIS ALLEN.
I was first attracted to his pretty boy look, but hell yeah, he is GOOD.
Judges praised him, and I hope he will make it to the last 12.

No question about him, he was by far the best today.
